Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on any server, IP address, or account provided by Apex Cloud Host. It applies to all Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier plans, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to host, store, transmit, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — reported immediately to the relevant authorities without exception.
  • Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, or command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Phishing pages or content impersonating another person, brand, or organization.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Content that is illegal under the laws applicable to you, to Apex Cloud Host, or to our infrastructure partners.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Launch or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, whether from your server or targeting it.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") or operate open mail relays.
  • Conduct port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or brute-force attacks against systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
  • Operate botnets, credential-stuffing tools, or automated abuse infrastructure.
  • Circumvent resource limits, fair-use bandwidth expectations, or attempt to resell capacity beyond what your plan permits without our written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure, network, or other customers of Apex Cloud Host or our upstream providers.

4. Resource & Network Abuse

While bandwidth is unmetered, it is intended for normal application, hosting, and development workloads. Sustained abuse of shared network capacity, intentional network flooding, or activity that degrades service for other customers may result in traffic shaping, suspension, or termination, even if no other rule is technically violated.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a server hosted by Apex Cloud Host is being used to violate this policy, please contact us via our Contact page or the support email below with as much detail as possible (source IP, timestamps, logs). We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend the affected server, permanently terminate the account, or report the activity to law enforcement. Severe or illegal violations (such as CSAM or active attacks in progress) result in immediate suspension without prior notice. Refunds are not issued for service terminated due to an AUP violation.
