Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
  • Billing information: wallet transaction history, order and invoice records, and payment references from our crypto payment processor. We do not process or store card numbers.
  • Service usage: server hostnames, IP addresses assigned to your servers, bandwidth usage graphs, and provisioning logs.
  • Support content: the content of support tickets, contact form submissions, and any attachments or details you share with our team.
  • Technical data: login timestamps, login IP address, and basic device/browser information used for security (e.g. detecting suspicious logins).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to provision and operate your servers, process payments and renewals, respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and send you service-related communications (such as invoices, provisioning confirmations, and security alerts).

We may send occasional product announcements or promotional emails; you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time from your account notification preferences.

3. Payment Data Handling

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and transaction identifiers, but we never see or store your wallet's private keys or seed phrases. Wallet balance and transaction history shown in your dashboard is maintained on our servers for your reference and for renewal automation.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where necessary to deliver the Service:

  • With our infrastructure providers, solely to the extent required to provision and operate your server (e.g. IP allocation, resource metrics).
  • With our payment processor, to process crypto payments and verify webhook authenticity.
  • With law enforcement or regulators, only where required by valid legal process.
  • With a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, billing, and invoice records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Server-level logs and provisioning data are retained only as long as needed for support and security purposes, and are deleted after your server is terminated and any legal retention period has passed.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the Service (for example, CSRF protection and session management). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can update most account information directly from your dashboard, or contact us to request a full export or deletion. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our legal retention obligations.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and encrypted storage of sensitive configuration secrets. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before taking effect.
