Refund Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. General Policy

Because servers are provisioned automatically and instantly upon payment, and because we incur the underlying infrastructure cost the moment a server is created, Apex Cloud Host does not offer refunds for a plan once it has been provisioned, except in the specific circumstances described below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, credited to your wallet balance, in the following situations:

  • A technical failure on our end prevented your server from becoming usable within 48 hours of payment, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • Sustained downtime on your server exceeded the guarantee in our Service Level Agreement and the resulting service credit is requested as a refund instead.
  • Your order was cancelled by us before provisioning was completed (for example, due to a stock or fraud check issue).

3. Wallet Balance

Wallet top-ups that have not yet been used toward an order remain refundable on request within 14 days of the top-up, minus any network/processing fees already incurred. Wallet funds already applied to a completed order follow the provisioning-based rules above and are not separately refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of the billing event you are disputing, including your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your Apex Cloud Host wallet balance by default; refunds back to your original crypto wallet may be arranged case-by-case and can take longer due to processor requirements.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible by design. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us directly rather than attempting a dispute through your payment provider — we are able to resolve most billing issues faster through a support ticket.

6. Accounts Terminated for Abuse

No refund is issued when a service is suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
